Cookie Policy

The notice on this site

The first time you open SLMC, a bar asks: with your permission, SLMC can measure how the pages and courses you visit perform. You can change that choice anytime from Cookie settings in the footer. The choice is saved on this browser only. It does not change the choice on another person's computer.

Necessary

• Sign-in cookie, so your session stays yours after you log in.
• The cookie choice itself, so we do not ask on every page.

These stay on if you choose Decline. The courses, search, and enrollment still work.

Measurement

If you choose Accept, SLMC may record which pages and courses are opened, so the catalog can be improved. That measurement is not loaded when you choose Decline. We do not sell this record. More is in the Privacy Policy.

Light and dark mode

Theme is saved in this browser, and on your account after you log in. It is a display preference, not a measurement cookie. Another user who logs in keeps their own theme.
