Using this site

These terms cover the public site, student learning space, and enrollment on Silva Leadership and Management Consultancy (SLMC). Creating an account or enrolling means you accept them, together with the Privacy Policy.

Accounts

An account is for one person. Keep the sign-in private. Light or dark mode is saved for that account and does not change the site for anyone else. Signing out on a shared computer returns the screen to light mode.

Courses and certificates

A standard certificate is four modules, read in order, then one final assessment. The pass mark is 70 percent. A pass completes that course and can issue an SLMC certificate you can verify.

An SLMC certificate records completion of that SLMC course. It does not replace a professional license, a school diploma, a DepEd or TESDA credential, or legal, medical, or security authority. Workplace courses teach recognition, documentation, and escalation inside the learner's role.

Prices

A paid single short course has a list price of ₱3,500. SLMC may show one promo price for every paid single short course. Bundles keep their own prices: Certificate I ₱8,995, Certification II ₱13,995, and Certification III ₱24,995. Free courses stay free. You are charged the price shown when you enroll, not a crossed-out list price.

Conduct

Do not share course files as your own product, disrupt another learner's account, or use the site to break the law. SLMC may suspend access that is misused.

Refunds

Paid enrollments can be sent to Admin for review from the student Refund desk. Free and complimentary courses are not refundable. See the Refund Policy.
