What we collect

We collect only what the site needs to enroll you, teach the course, and support the account:

• Name, email, and sign-in details when you create an account.
• The course you enroll in, payment reference, and whether access was granted.
• Lesson progress, final-assessment result, and certificate record.
• Messages you send through support, enrollment, or a refund request.
• Your cookie choice on this browser, and your light or dark mode.

Why we use it

We use this information to open the right course, take payment, issue a verifiable certificate, answer support, and keep one learner's theme from changing another learner's screen. We do not sell student lists.

Cookies and measurement

Sign-in uses a necessary cookie so the session stays yours. Measurement of pages and courses runs only if you choose Accept on the cookie notice. Decline keeps the site usable. Change the choice anytime from Cookie settings in the footer. Details are on the Cookie Policy.

Payments

Payment references are kept so Admin can confirm an enrollment or review a refund. The price you pay is the price shown at enrollment. We do not store full card numbers on this website.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct account details, or to explain what we hold, by emailing education.slmc@gmail.com from the address on the account. This policy follows the care expected under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). It is SLMC's own notice, not a government form.
